About Tapping
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) was developed in 1981 and since then has spread extensively mainly due to the speed at which results can be achieved, often within the first session. It involves the gentle tapping of areas of the face and upper body in a specific sequence depending on the individual's problem or concern. It is a non-invasive therapy with an astounding 80% success rate. Furthermore, unlike other therapies, the client is taught the sequence so that they can treat themselves and thereby minimise therapy costs.
